- 研究概要
- 本研究の目的は、どのような運動が抗菌ペプチドα-defensin（マウスにおけるcryptdin）と腸内細菌叢を変化させるか、腸内細菌叢の変化がα-defensinの変化に関与するかを検討することである．16週間の自発運動において、小腸のcryptdin‐4の発現の低下が認められた．一方で、食物繊維負荷では、cryptdin‐4の発現に影響は認められなかった。腸内細菌叢の変化は、運動や食物繊維の両方で、差異が認められた。しかしながら、その変化はcryptdin‐4の発現に、関係性は認められなかった。
- 研究概要（英）
- The aim of the current study was to examine how exercise changes the antimicrobial peptides "α-defensin" (known as cryptdin in mice), as well as the microbiota in the gut of mice, to determine how a change to the microbiota affects the expression of cryptdin in the gastrointestinal tract. Our results showed that cryptdin-4 expression in the small intestine decreased with sixteen weeks of voluntary wheel exercise, while a high-fiber diet had no effect. Although exercise and a high- fiber diet affected a change in the microbiota, this change did not affect the expression of cryptdin‐4 in the small intestine.
