- 研究概要
- 本研究では、スポーツ審判員のストレス要因（ストレッサー）の内容を具体化し、ストレス反応との関連を検討した。さらに、審判員がストレス反応を軽減するために行っているストレス対処法を明らかにすることも目的とした。その結果、審判員のストレッサーとして、「他者からの期待・プレッシャー」や「選手やコーチからの抗議」などが抽出され、それらがメンタルヘルスにネガティブな影響を及ぼしていることが明らかにされた。また、テニス審判においては問題中心型コーピングよりも、情動焦点型コーピングを活用しながら適切にストレスを対処していることが示された。
- 研究概要（英）
- This study aimed to determine the stressors of sports referees and examine the relationship between these factors and the stress response. In addition, it aimed to determine the stress coping mechanisms that referees adopt in order to reduce their stress response. The results showed that factors such as “expectations or pressure from others” and “objections from players and coaches” were stressors for referees, and that these factors had a negative impact on their mental health. They also showed that tennis referees deal with stress appropriately, using a more emotion-focused coping mechanism rather than a problem-centered one.
