- 研究概要
- 本研究では、車いすアスリートに対する栄養サポートのあり方を検討するため、選手の食環境や食意識、食行動の調査と、一部の選手に対して安静時および運動時エネルギー消費量測定を行った。その結果、食環境の制限は少ないこと、必要な食事量を摂取できていないこと、栄養サポートを必要としているがその問い合わせ先の確認方法を知らないことが確認できた。また車いすアスリートであっても健常者のような指標があればMetsによってエネルギー必要量を概算できる可能性も示唆された。
- 研究概要（英）
- Considering of nutritional support for wheelchair athletes, we investigated the dietary environment, eating knowledge, and eating behavior and measured the resting and exercising energy expenditure of two subjects. There was a small restriction of dietary environment, but energy and nutrient intakes were not enough, and there were no information of reference for nutrition support stuff for wheelchair athletes. Further, there was the possibility of rough estimation about energy expenditure for wheelchair athletes by Mets which estimated same way as abled people.
