- 研究概要
- 本研究では、シンガポールのスポーツ政策に関する調査を行い、日本のスポーツ政策立案のための情報提供を目的とした。 これまでの調査結果から、シンガポールのスポーツ政策の中長期計画において、YOG、スポーツハブおよびメジャーイベント招致等がそれぞれ関係性を持ち、スポーツにおける総合的な戦略として機能していることが明らかとなった。さらに、シンガポールのスポーツ政策は国家の社会的な課題を解決するための総合的な施策として機能している可能性が考えられた。 本研究の成果は、スポーツ庁（2015年10月設置予定）や2020年東京オリンピック・パラリンピックに関する政策、施策立案の参考になり得ると考えられる。
- 研究概要（英）
- This research investigated an effect for sports community at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympic Games (YOG) and a sports policy in Singapore to establish one for Japan. We interviewed key personnel at the Sport Singapore, YOG organizing committee, national sport federations (NF), and Singapore Sports School. We invited the personnel of the NF, who had worked for the Ministry of Sports and held meetings with Japanese sports organizations for our project. We investigated the Singapore Sports Hub, the new sports complex launched in 2014.The research conducted showed that a mid-term plan of the Singapore sports policy connected the YOG, Sports Hub, and invitations of major events, and functioned as comprehensive strategy of sport. The sport policy collaborated with other policies through the organizations above to solve societal issues. Outcomes of the research would help set the sport policy for the 2020 Olympics and Paralympics, or the Ministry of Sports planned to establish in Oct, 2015.
