- 研究概要
- アスリートの自己管理能力を養うためにはジュニア期からの栄養教育が必要であり、「スポーツ選手の食事の基本形」を基本とし、補食、水分補給等の内容で食育が実施されている場合が多い。本研究対象のタレント発掘育成事業（TID事業）での食育の内容も地域の事情に合わせて異なっているが、ジュニアアスリート向けの食育の経験の有無により食意識・食知識、および保護者の食生活の意識や行動に影響するかどうかを検討し、保護者とともに系統的な栄養教育を実施することはキッズだけでなく保護者の栄養に関する意識や食習慣に効果をもたらしていることが確認された。
- 研究概要（英）
- In order to cultivate of the self-management ability of the athlete, nutritional education from a junior period is necessary, and "Food and nutrition education" called Shokuiku is carried out with the contents such as supplementation and hydration based on "Basic form of a meal of a sports player" in many cases. The contents of "Shokuiku" at Talent Identification & Development, TID project as theme of this research also differs depending on the local circumstances, we investigated whether the experience of nutritional education for junior athletes affects dietary consciousness / knowledge, and parents' dietary consciousness and behavior. Resulting in this research, it was confirmed that conducting systematic nutrition education together with parents has an effect on nutritional awareness and eating habits not only for children but also for parents.
