- 【目的】ハンドボール競技中の3軸合成加速度が6 G以上となる高衝撃動作の頻度を抽出し，反復性の足関節捻挫との関連性を検討すること。 【方法】対象者はハンドボール部に所属する高校生24名とした。加速度センサを装着し，試合中の加速度データから高衝撃動作を抽出し，その頻度（件/分）を求めた。同側の足関節捻挫が2回以上ある選手を“再発群”，同側の足関節捻挫の既往が1回以下の選手を“非受傷・非再発群”とし，その差を検討した。 【結果】高衝撃動作の頻度は，再発群で6.3件/分，非受傷・非再発群で4.0件/分であり，再発群で有意に高衝撃動作が生じる頻度が高かった（p＝0.047）。 【考察】足関節捻挫を繰り返している選手は，ハンドボール競技中において3軸合成加速度が6 G以上を呈する動作がより高頻度に生じる特徴を有していた。
- 概要（英）
- Objective: To extract the frequency of high-impact movements with triaxial composite accelerations of 6 G or more during handball games and to investigate their association with repetitive ankle sprains. Methods: The participants were 24 high school students belonging to a handball club. They were fitted with accelerometers and played a handball game. High-impact movements were extracted from the acceleration data, and their frequency (events/min) were determined. The players with two or more ipsilateral ankle sprains were defined as the “recurrence group,” and those with one or less ipsilateral ankle sprain were defined as the “non-injury/non-recurrence group”. Results: The frequency of high-impact movements was 6.3 events/min in the recurrence group and 4.0 events/min in the non-injury/non-recurrence group, indicating that high-impact movements occurred significantly more frequently in the recurrence group (p＝0.047). Discussion: Players with repeated ankle sprains were characterised by a higher frequency of movements with a triaxial composite acceleration of 6 G or more during handball competition.
