- 本研究の目的は，新入生オリエンテーション内で実施したキャンプ実習が社会人基礎力に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることである。調査対象は，体育学部競技スポーツ科学科の１年生であり，113名の回答を得た。調査内容は，実習前後において社会人基礎力（36項目の質問からなる尺度）を評価した。 その結果，36項目中34項目において事前調査よりも事後調査で高値を示し，25項目で有意差が認められた。その一方，「実行力」や「規律性」は事前調査の時点で高値であったことから，実習前後で有意な差は認められなかった。 本研究の結果から，入学時点で高い社会人基礎力を有している学生においても，心理的負荷の高い状況であれば短期間のキャンプ実習でも社会人基礎力を向上することがわかった。
- 概要（英）
- The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of a camp practicum conducted within the new student orientation on the development of fundamental competencies for working adults. The study targeted first-year students in the Department of Competitive Sports Science at the Faculty of Physical Education, with 113 responses obtained. The content of the survey involved evaluating fundamental competencies for working adults (using a scale consisting of 36 questions) before and after the practicum. The results showed that 34 of 36 items were higher in the post-survey than in the pre-survey, and significant differences were found in 25 items. On the other hand, “Execution ability” and “Discipline” were high at the time of the pre-survey, and no significant differences were found before and after the practical training. The results of this study show that even students who have high fundamental competencies for working adults at the time of admission can improve their competencies even during a short period of camp training if they are in a situation with high psychological load.
