- 研究概要
- 本研究では、プリ・パフォーマンス・ルーティンの一定性と課題動作との関連を検討した。第一段階は、課題熟練者に対し、課題前の準備動作が一定の条件と不定の条件を設定し、その違いが課題動作に与える影響について検討した。実験の結果、準備動作が一定である場合は、不定である場合に比べて、関節角度に変動が少ないことが示された。第二段階は、非熟練者の学習段階にPPRを取り入れた影響を検討した。実験の結果、PPRが動作の再現性に影響があることが示唆された。
- 研究概要（英）
- This research was examined the relationship between the behavioral consistency of pre-performance routine and task performances. The first stage of the study examined the influence on experts. As a result, task behavior was less variable on the consistent preparatory behavior than not consistent behavior. The second stage examined the influences of PPR in the learning stage. Experimental results showed that there was influence on the reproducibility of task behavior.
