- 本研究の目的は, 大学女子柔道選手の跳躍能力と競技パフォーマンスの関係を明らかにすることである. 対象は43名の大学女子柔道選手である. 試技は, 5回の連続リバウンドジャンプとし, 接地時間と跳躍高からRJ指数を算出した. その結果, エリート群は準エリート群よりもRJ指数が有意に高かったことが示された. 本研究の結果に基づき, パーセンタイル表を作成した.

- The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between jumping ability and competition performance in college female judo athletes. The subjects were 43 college female judo athletes. The trials were five consecutive rebound jumps, and the RJ-index calculated from the ground contact time and jump height was calculated. The results showed that the elite group had a significantly higher RJ-index than the sub-elite group. Based on the results of this study, a percentile table was created.
