- 研究概要
- 本研究では、アスリートの現実適応(パフォーマンス向上)と個性化(心理的成長)との関係性について明らかにすることを目的に、次の下位研究課題を設定して取り組まれた。(1)内界探索型メンタルトレーニングプログラムの有効性、(2)アスリートの自己形成における「対話的競技体験」の持つ意味の検討、(3)「コツ」獲得に伴う内的変容。これらの検討課題から、アスリートの現実適応と個性化との間には共時的関係性が認められることが明らかとなった。
- 研究概要（英）
- The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between athletic adaptation (performance enhancement) and individuation (personality development) in athletes. In order to achieve this purpose, 3 sub-research tasks were settled as follows ; 1. to verify the effectiveness of mental training program oriented toward the exploration of the athlete's inner world, 2. to consider psychological meanings of Dialogical Athletic Experiences in self-development among athletes, 3. to examine psychological changes with acquiring Kotsu (knack or secret) in their individuation process. The accomplishment of 3 research assignments made it clear that there was the coincidental relationship between athletic adaptation and individuation in athletes.
