タイトル: 筋骨格モデルを用いた一流競技者の多角的動作評価システムの考案
タイトル（英）: A multiple evaluation system by a musculoskeletal model for elite athletes
研究概要: 本研究では、十種競技およびスピードスケート競技の国内一流競技者を対象に、体力の推移と各専門競技の運動中の筋活動との関係を調査することによってパフォーマンス向上のための課題を特定する評価方法を検討した。その結果、発揮した筋パワーを有効に競技につなげられるかがパフォーマンスを左右するタイプ、体力の状態がパフォーマンスに直結するタイプ、本来有している高いパワーを対象の競技中にも発揮できるかどうかがパフォーマンスに影響するタイプの3つに分類できた。一方、体力の種類によってシーズン内の推移のしかたが異なり、一般的には準備期に向上した有酸素能力が試合期に低下することが確認できた。
研究概要（英）: This study examined an evaluation method to extract the limiting factor for performance improvement by investigating the relationship between transition of physical fitness in seasons and muscle activity during each sport event. We could break down into 3 types: 1) the performance such as the sprint was affected by the effectiveness to use the muscle power, 2) the performance was connected directly by their fitness condition, 3) the performance was affected by whether they could generate large muscle power in the event that they essentially possess. On the other hand, transition in seasons depended on the type of physical fitness such that aerobic capacity improved during the preparation period and decreased during the competitive period in general.
